I have some changes and it's very lonely

In the past month, I got a new job at this new charter school near my house. It's good, it's a full-time teaching job, my first job with a paid salary and paid vacation. The kids like me despite I have 35 students to teach, it's the shortest commute from my house I ever had and again- salary.
However...
There are times I felt so lonely. Unlike my last job at the Waldorf school, I don't converse as much with other teachers as I should. Sure, some of them are a bunch of windbags, but I can have a deep meaningful conversations with these windbags. Especially with this male teacher I have a big, yet shameful crush on.
